Betsy Jones

Raised by the waves of Santa Monica, California, and born in Nashville, Tennessee, Betsy (she/they) embraces her southern roots.

With connections to New Orleans, Colorado, Texas, and North Carolina, the southwest sparks inspiration.

As a Tulane University graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Management and Marketing, Betsy strived to become an entrepreneur. Initially, friends and family knew her as an aspiring pastry chef, however, once edible flowers were brought to the table, her focus shifted. The core of her career remains the same: to share love and joy with others.

From teaching cooking and gardening classes to working for a farm-to-table dinner company to apprenticing on a Colorado flower farm, flowers and farming remain a core passion for Betsy. She has dreams of owning her own farm land one day.

When she’s not flowering, Betsy can be found exploring nature, perusing art markets, drinking boba, scouring vintage stores for antique treasures, or lounging with her calico cat Calliope.

Cowgirl Blooms is currently based in Brooklyn, New York - for now.
